What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building Great Relationships: You’ll work with a range of customers, helping them get the most out of our products and guiding them through their journey with us.

• Finding New Opportunities: Using your curiosity and analytical skills, you’ll spot ways to improve our customers’ experiences and help them succeed even more.

• Be the Voice for Customers: You’ll listen to customer feedback and share it with our team, helping us make our products and services even better.

• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: You’ll collaborate with different teams like Product, Engineering, and Sales to make sure our customers have a smooth and amazing experience with Eye Security.

• Learning & Growing with Data: You’ll track how happy our customers are and use what you learn to build stronger relationships and help them thrive.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Some Experience (or Eagerness to Learn!): You have a bit of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar field, but most importantly, you’re excited to learn and grow.

• Great Communication: You’re comfortable chatting with customers in both English and Dutch and love helping people solve problems.

• Customer-Focused: You genuinely care about making customers happy and are always looking for ways to support them.

• Tech-Savvy: You don’t need to be an expert, but if you have an interest in tech or SaaS, that’s definitely a plus!
