We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimising field marketing campaigns and local PR initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and central marketing teams to ensure alignment on key business objectives and the successful implementation of regional marketing strategies.
What you will do:
- As our Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and execution of localized marketing campaigns and create and utilise centrally created marketing assets (email, social media, print collateral, etc.) to support local lead generation efforts.
- You will collaborate closely with the central marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and broader company goals.
- You will also be responsible for our local PR and build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and industry thought leaders to increase brand visibility.
- Monitoring and responding to local PR opportunities, crises, and inquiries in partnership with the PR agency and communications team, as well as coordinating press releases and media pitches, is also part of your daily doing.
- Assistance in planning and executing regional events, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and partner events is part of your role as well.
- As a strong communicator, you serve as a liaison between central marketing, product, sales, and regional teams to ensure cohesive communication and consistent messaging.
Job requirements
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience and a deep understanding of field marketing, PR communication, or related roles, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Proven success in executing marketing campaigns and PR at a regional level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Flexibility to travel for events and meetings as needed (up to 30%).
