Senior Growth Marketeer

Eye has a mission: to digitally secure SMEs in Europe. This initiative comes from the dream of former intelligence and security service employees in the Netherlands to also protect smaller companies from the increasing threat of cybercrime. Your role at Eye

Within Eye Security we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Growth Marketeer to join our 5-people strong marketing team. Have you always envisioned yourself building an online growth strategy from the ground up? Join Eye Security and become our Senior Growth Marketeer!

Key Responsibilities 

• As a Growth Marketeer you will be responsible for managing the digital performance marketing of a European team.
• Help further develop and evolve the company’s online marketing strategy, in conjunction with major stakeholders: Marketing, Sales and Product Management.
• Lead the strategy, concepting, production, and roll-out of online marketing campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and coherence across all customer touch points to maximize marketing ROI and impact.
• Be the owner of the marketing hub of our marketing automation software (HubSpot) and be the owner of the company’s websites by continuously improving its value.
• Develop technical marketing infrastructure towards product, steering and organisation.
• Guides and feeds the Growth Marketing team with best online practices and innovative approaches.
• Acts as the growth marketeer of all our regions

Who are we looking for

• Someone who’s eager to work at a scale-up and is ready to make an impact. Experience is important, but it’s mostly attitude we’re looking for.
• Have a very hands-on working style, creativity and motivated mindset.
• Are a critical thinker with the ability to form and sell through a perspective using data, instinct, and industry inspiration required.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience as growth marketeer or similar role.
• Have the ability to take on full (and quantified) entrepreneurial responsibility for your part of the organisation.
• Have a strong performance and data driven marketing background.
• Have the ability and drive to identify, prioritise and execute opportunities.
• Have proactive, open communication skills that you tailor to your target group.
