Product Marketing Manager

Eye has a mission: to digitally secure SMEs in Europe. This initiative comes from the dream of former intelligence and security service employees in the Netherlands to also protect smaller companies from the increasing threat of cybercrime. We've been doing this since 2020 and are now a team of almost 80 passionate and talented professionals who all have something in common: a strong aversion to (digital) injustice. Your role at Eye

You will be responsible for driving the promotion of our portfolio of security and insurance products, including market research, messaging, positioning, and launch planning. It is a new role in the organization. We have come up with a number of responsibilities, but you will continue to develop the role.

Key responsibilities 

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans to drive demand and adoption of our security products;
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify market opportunities;
• Develop messaging and positioning for our products that resonates with target customers, including videos, graphics, white papers, blog posts, and other deliverables for your product portfolio;
• Own sales enablement for your products by creating compelling content, training, and tools;In conjunction with product management, lead the product launch process and own release campaigns, communications, and materials;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches;
• Analyze and report on product performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Who are we looking for

• Have a very hands-on working style, creativity and motivated mindset;
• Proactive and open communication skills;
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the cyber security industry;
  
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field.
