Your role at Eye
As an Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and pipeline. After 6-12 months, you will be promoted to an Account Executive role based on your performance. As the organization is quite lean, you will work closely with our Sales team, collaborate with our Marketing colleagues and our Cyber Security experts.
- You are an outbound hunter using a mix of calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreaches to grab a prospect's attention and keep a high pace.
- You make use of sales enablement material as well as prospecting tools to drive efficiency.
- Good news: You will also get in-bound leads from our partner network and marketing driven events and campaigns.
- You qualify leads by customer-centric discovery questions to prequalify meetings for the Account Executives.
- You will gain understanding and clarify our positioning in the competitive landscape.

Who are we looking for
- You are ready for a second step in your career. You have already gathered first experience (can be also part-time) in customer acquisition activities ideally in a startup environment.
- You have experience of generating (SaaS) (software) pipeline and setting up qualified meetings.
- Understanding the cybersecurity landscape is optional, but commitment to learning is necessary. Improve your knowledge of the idiosyncrasies of SaaS sales in the Cyber Security industry.
- You are an ambitious professional. Always being on top of your metrics and leading indicators needed to achieve your goals.
- Entrepreneurial hands-on mindset and team player, striving to find solutions and inspire.
- Fluent Dutch and English language are needed (verbally and in writing). Fluency in any other language (French or German) is a strong plus.
