HubSpot Specialist (remote in Germany)

Eye Security is on a mission to cyber-protect every organisation in Europe. When an organisation falls victim to an attack, the impact can be devastating. It’s our mission not only to prevent those attacks from happening but to eliminate cyber risk entirely. Scaling such a solution requires automation and cross-team collaboration on a shared platform.

HubSpot is that platform for us. It’s the nerve centre of our business. Our website is built on it, all conversion forms are built in HubSpot and tied to automated workflows, emails are sent to prospects from the platform, our sales funnel is managed through the platform, so is all customer onboarding, customer service, customer comms, incident response and threat hunting.

Within this world, we need a HubSpot specialist to support the Marketing and Operations teams.

What you will do:

• Work with all teams to ensure common terminology and data integrity across call contact and company entries
• Coordinate, manage and streamline change requests objectively according to agreed standards
• Build multiple reports and clear dashboards to understand, at both a high and detailed level, factors such as Conversion funnel, Sales cycles, Sales reporting, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Campaign and content pipeline influence, Attribution and Partner engagement
• Optimise our lead and pipeline scoring systems
• Automate accurate lead assignment
• Build and standardise workflows across the business
• Streamline and manage our email preference centre
• Help sales to get more out of functionality like templates and goals
• Set up and administrate customer success feedback surveys, customer health scoring, etc.
• Optimise and build service delivery process changes (service additions, for example)
• Help standardise best practices for HubSpot management within the Marketing team and potentially business wide, providing some light training
