About the Role:
As the Director of Digital Growth at Eye Security, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive multi-channel demand generation strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving leads and optimizing funnel conversion rates across Europe. You will work closely with the Sales, SDR, and BDR teams to align efforts with sales objectives, ensuring revenue goals are achieved. In addition, you will have the opportunity to innovate and challenge the status quo, constantly striving for new levels of performance. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaigns. Collaboration will be key as you build strong relationships with sales and marketing teams, providing cross-functional leadership and driving discussions on key sales initiatives. Effective communication and a strong command of marketing analytics, automation, and CRM platforms are essential in this role.
Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy aligned with product, industry, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Collaborate with Sales/SDR/BDR teams to align demand generation with sales efforts and achieve revenue goals.
Manage the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, optimizing funnel conversion rates across Europe.
Optimize campaigns across the marketing and sales funnel to maximize leads, pipeline, revenue, and lifetime value while minimizing the cost of acquisition.
Continuously challenge the status quo, experiment, and take risks while maintaining a strong focus on measurement and analysis.
Leverage data to understand performance, trends, and issues, and provide data-driven recommendations for actionable changes.
Build strong relationships with sales and marketing teams, providing cross-functional leadership and driving discussions on key sales initiatives.
Effectively communicate project updates, timelines, processes, and results across the organization, showcasing the impact of the marketing team on the business.
Own the buying and implementation of the entire mar-tech stack, creating a fully integrated and scalable system.
Who are we looking for?
Highly experienced in B2B performance marketing with a successful track record in managing and executing high-volume digital and demand generation programs.
Deep understanding of demand generation best practices and ability to implement a test-and-learn approach for engaging prospects and customers throughout the customer journey.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for optimizing marketing strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong partnerships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
In-depth experience with marketing analytics, automation, and CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM
