About Eye Security:

Eye Security is a rapidly growing cyber security startup, on a mission to transform the way SMEs across the Europe protect their digital assets and currently operating in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. With a robust portfolio under our product bundle, Eye Cyber Guard, we provide tailored cybersecurity solutions in a subscription-based SaaS model. Our offerings range from managed detection and response, incident response and attack surface management to security awareness services and insurance, catering to a diverse clientele of over 250 companies.

About the role

As DACH Country Head you are responsible for building and maintaining our partnerships as well as the Eye sales network with our security focusing insurance brokers. Together with our sales partners and business development and partner manager colleagues you win and maintain strategic client-relationships and you actively use your broad network of partners to connect with potential new customers. You report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing Team (also in other countries) to identify and execute upon opportunities together. You live in Germany or the Netherlands. Our headquarter in Germany is in Duisburg but we strongly support a hybrid way of working.

What you will do:

  • Accelerate the go-to-market strategy and to meet key revenue growth targets
  • Responsible for setting incentives across all channels and ensuring performance against core KPIs and targets
  • Partner with our VP People & Culture to recruit and manage a BD team that will grow significantly over the next months
  • Develop effective partner onboarding, training and coaching to maximize performance of every sales interaction at every stage of the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted campaigns and improve our sales process
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative updates to the CEO board, setting the sales roadmap
  • Actively provide partner – client feedback and insights to product and marketing managers

Job requirements

What you will need:

  • Significant experience in either Insurance/ or broking and/or a role within a fast growing (international) scale-up
  • Ready for a next career step and experienced in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker and reseller partnerships;
  • Tech background
  • Significant experience in training and development of partners and/or teams
  • Ability to produce GTM strategy with profit focus and clear reporting
  • Based in Germany or Netherlands
  • Proficiency in German speaking and fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
  • Analytical skills and a solid strategic planning ability
  • Strong team player, high energy and builder
  • Highly numerical, analytical, comfortable handling big data sets
  • Tenacious attitude, hard-working, adaptable, persistent and inspiring
  • Entrepreneurial hands-on mentality and team player striving to find solutions
  • Presentation and great communication skills
  • Used to work with ambitious targets
