Job description
As the Customer Success Lead at Eye Security, you will be at the forefront of establishing and expanding the Customer Success function in Europe. You will lead the existing team, with the opportunity to grow and shape the team as our business scales. This role is crucial in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of Eye Security in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
What you will do:
- Lead and mentor the existing Customer Success team, currently existing of 1FTE, providing guidance and support as they manage ongoing relationships.
- Develop a scalable Customer Success strategy and framework to accommodate the expansion of the team and customer base.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, tech and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding, expansion of accounts, cross- and upselling to ongoing support.
- Implement processes and tools to track customer success metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a hands-on leader, directly engaging with key customers to understand their needs, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
- Play a pivotal role in hiring and developing top talent as the Customer Success team expands to meet the growing demands of the business.
Job requirements
What you will need:
- Proven trackrecord of building, leading and scaling a Customer Success team, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Proven ability to manage and develop talent, with experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective Customer Success strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Native or proficient in German is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in leveraging analytics and insights to inform decision-making and drive results.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
