Together we are Eye Security and have a mission: to digitally secure Corporate Europe with a unique solution that combines advanced technology and embedded cyber insurance. Founded by former intelligence and security professionals, Eye was created to protect smaller and mid-sized businesses against the rapidly growing cybercrime threat. Since 2020, we’ve expanded into a team of over 100 skilled and passionate individuals with a common goal—to combat (digital) injustice and protect corporate clients comprehensively. Selling our tech-driven, insurance-based protection through insurance brokers has been essential to our success from the beginning, allowing us to deliver holistic and scalable cybersecurity solutions to more companies.

Your role at Eye

  • Build and Win Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with insurance brokers, serving as the primary channel to sell our tech and insurance products.
  • Collaborate for Client Success: Partner closely with the broking and sales teams of our broker partners to identify leads and win new clients.
  • Drive Partnership Marketing: Work alongside our marketing team to design targeted marketing initiatives that strengthen broker relationships and attract clients.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Efforts: Collaborate with our tech, sales, marketing, and insurance teams to implement strategies that enhance the value we provide to brokers and their clients.

Job requirements

Who are we looking for

  • You have solid experience selling through broker networks, such as by working with brokers, Managing General Agents (MGAs), insurance sales organizations, or in a key account role within an insurance company.
  • You are experienced in distribution, marketplace or reseller partnerships.
  • You possess analytical skills and strategic planning abilities, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A team player by nature, you strive to find effective solutions and work towards ambitious targets.
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills, and you’re fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • You understand the cybersecurity landscape and can integrate it seamlessly into partner, client, or service models.
  • You are open to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Our office is based in Duisburg, though we offer a hybrid/remote working environment.
